EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is received. Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
To request an exchange, please email afrolondon@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Reason for exchange
Once your exchange request is approved, items must be returned within 14 days of submitting the request.
All items must be returned:

In their original, unused condition
-
With all original packaging
-
With all tags intact and attached
Items that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of wear beyond what is necessary to try them on will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer.
At this time, Afro London does not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for returned items until they are received and inspected.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible once the item has been received and approved.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law.
To request a return, you must email afrolondon@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery and follow the instructions provided.
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused, in their original condition

Original packaging and tags must be included

Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or strong scents
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return)

Funds will be returned to the original payment method
Items returned in unsuitable condition may be rejected or partially refunded and returned to the original delivery address.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale items

Items purchased during promotional or discounted periods

Custom-made or personalised items

Underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed or broken

Items returned without original packaging or tags

Items that appear worn, damaged, marked, or carry strong scents (e.g. perfume or deodorant)
Afro London reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Afro London cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled through our store policy.
